on 07/24/14, I ordered Adobe software from Atomnik.com and was given an order reference number and a DHL tracking number. When we did not receive the product in a week, i tracked the shipment using DHL.com; the delivery trail said it was delivered to Tennessee, rather than the shipping address provided of Louisiana. I contacted Atomnik several times, and they say that they are not responsible for the shipment because someone signed for it in Memphis, TN. It is absolutely impossible that we received the product, as we are located in Louisiana. Atomnik cannot provide any details of the address to where the product was delivered and says it is not their problem, since they shipped the package. Do NOT order from this website
