Auot Spot is owned by a man who rents trailers in a small trailer park. He also employs one person who he pays under the table so he doesnt have to pay taxes!  he makes this man work 45 hours a week and only pays him 100 dollars a week. Recently, he took 60 dollars of his employees "check" to pay for an outstanding balance on his power bill from when the young man, and his girlfriend, remodeled the empty trailer he had.

At first, he charged the elderly man who lived there 2 months before that for the power bill said landlord  incrued. The trailers are dilapidted and roach infested. He will NOT fix anything,,or spray for bug infestation, and it doesnt matter if the tenant is handicapped.  He also sells  used vehicles that will need major repairs and he will not be responsible for them once you drive the vehicle off the lot. And he WILL know exactly what would happen when it does get driven off the lot!
