Austin Cleaners has not only ruined my dress, but treated me terribly as a customer. Never have I ever been ignored by a manager or treated like my service does not matter. I took a dress into them that has a drink spot on it and when I got it back it had black spots all over it and was wrinkled.

They handed me a dress back that was damaged with no reason to why it was damaged. When I showed the employee the spots she said they would clean it again but no guarantee it would come out. She saw that it had a drink spot on it originally and started blaming the black spots on something I had done, which I had never heard such ridiculous excuses.

She took the dress back cleaned it again and although some of the black spots came out a new white spot popped up and it still was wrinkled and the new excuse for where the white spot came from was perfume or hair spray that I must have sprayed.

After this happened I was told that there was nothing else I could do and to call the location that the owner worked at and try to talk to him about it. I have been trying to get a hold of the owner for over two weeks now with no response or remorse at all.

The reason  I am writing this is because I looked at their review page and although they only have four reviews, each of them say how the cleaners either ruined their clothes, lost them, or how the manager would not call them back.

I am a college graduate who knows that this is not how a company should treat you and the fact that this is not just happening to me but several other people is not okay. Since they are a local company and Lee is the highest form of management he thinks he can blow customers off after he has ruined something of theirs.

Lee needs some kind of action to be taken against him because he is running a business that is okay with charging people for a service and returning their items worse off then what they were. I have not been able to get a hold of Lee because my complaint is not important to him, but I felt that if he was contacted by a higher force then he would understand what he is doing to people.

Please help me take force against a terrible manager and a terrible business man.
