BAGWILL BUILDERS GROUP, INC BBG, INC. RAN OFF WITH DEPOSIT NEW PORT RICHEY, Florida

Larry bagwill of BBG, Inc. had an ad out in the Trinity Neighborhood news.  He seemed legitimate as that is a reputable paper. 

I called him to set up an appointment to paint the house, then lay a patio sidewalk in the front of our house.  He brought his son along who is also employed with the company.  He gave us an estimate for both the paint and patio together and asked for one-third deposit for the two jobs. 

I talked it over with my wife and we decided to split the two jobs over a few months time.  We paid only one-third deposit for the painting of the house which was completed in a timely manner.  We asked him to come back in a few weeks to complete the patio and we would pay him the deposit at that time.

We had to repeatedly call him to ask if he was going to begin work on the patio.  He came by in May of 2012 and collected $700 deposit - half of what the job would cost.  Weeks went by with no word from Larry.  We left numerous messages.  When he did pick up, we heard every excuse in the book from the weather being too rainy to the stone samples being with another customer.

Larry had cashed the check on May 31, 2012.  It is now Sept. 1 and we have not heard from him.  A word of advice - don't be suckered in by his quiet, and smooth talking demeanor and don't ever fork over your hard earned money as a deposit for any work he promises.  I say all the people who have been blind-sided by BBG GROUP, INC.  get together and file a class action lawsuit against him and his son.
