After i ordered i received email saying "Your Order #******** (placed on October 23, 2012 6:49:56 AM MDT) Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account."
I tried to log into my account, never worked. And i never got email with link.
I waited 4 weeks before i filed my first complaint about not receiving product. I called no answer, how has a customer service line that no one answers ? then got some weird answering machine on the 4th or 5th call asking me to leave name and order number. I did that and surprise, i never got called back. I emailed multiple times still no response so i contacted rdeals they escalated the issue and WOW beauty club emailed me on DEC 4th saying
"Thank you for contacting us about your recent order Unfortunately, the pillows were back ordered for some time because the manufacturers are located in New Jersey, where they endured that terrible hurricane. They are now up and running and were able to send out more pillows to us. This order is scheduled to go out today. We thank you for your understanding and patience."
Which if they are ling shame on them.
I got my shipment confirmation on Dec 7th with an apparent tracking number, tried the tracking number in the USPS of which they ship from, and its not track-able !!!!!! the email also said "Your Order will arrive in 5 days for domestic USA 48 States and 10 days for International, Alaska and Hawaii."
So I tried calling again Dec 19th NOTHING so i emailed saying its been 11 days where is my package. there response ---"Thank you for contacting us. Your order shipped on the 7th of December. Unfortunately Orders typically take 2-3 weeks for international orders to Canada.
I hate this company i am so annoyed, i hope they fall hard !
Please do not order from this company !!!
