Placed order on 09/30/2009; sent email through website on 10/29/2009 at 653pm (est); Sent another email through website on 11/11/2009 at 1244pm (est) advising Mr. Sam Enon I left a voice message advising him of my order number and order was placed on 09/30/08 still reading "Processing", to please advise.

On Saturday the 14th of November 2009 at 939pm (est) sent Mr Enon and email at store@bobsanj.com, this email came back to me stating recipient was aborted,

Called 650-488-4645 on 11/30/2009 at 1116am, recording comes on asking to leave name and number you will be called back.  called again at 205pm, i left my name and number.   On 12/04/2009 at 1050am called 650-488-4645,  did not receive a answering machine asking to leave name and number, the phone rang so long it busied out.

My order number is 641 for 5 tubes of Posner Lipstick, Get Down Brown for a total of 31.44.  4.29 per tube plus 9.99 for shipping.
