BPI Brand Marketing Solutions BPI Non-Payment, Deliquent Payment Neptune, New Jersey

I worked for this company almost a year ago, in June of 2011.  I did an Artisinal Cheese show at my local costco spanning the dates of 06/02 - 06/05, and have yet to be paid for the 38 hours of hard work I put in.

I am a hardworking college graduate - I put myself through school, but unfortunately in this economy I haven't had much luck finding a very stable and career oriented position.  I took on this job with BPI out of desperation - because regardless of the economic situation, I still have to pay those student loans back.  I really needed the money at the time, and still haven't been able to truly catch up from the blow of non-payment. 

So in addition to the mere stress and humiliation of non payment for a miserable job well done.  Mind you, I was repeatedly complimented by Costco management for my fine work.  I basically have had to pay interest on the amounts owed for the past year.  I have never thought so low of a business, but their behavior is downright despicable. 

Additionally, this was this one of the worst work experiences of my life, due to the lack of organization of the company overall.  Information was distributed last minute, materials were short or inadequate, and samples were also short.  We had to cut cheese samples for 4 days with dollar store knives, and a shortage of sanitary gloves.  My hands literally bled by the end of this show because of blisters and being pinched by the cheap knives.  I wound up bringing in my own knives and we had to go buy more gloves!!
