BRUCE WUOLLET BAKERSON, LLC PHOENIX HOME INVESTOR RESELL COMPANY LACKS ETHICS AND COMPASSION Internet

My sister whom is very ill and her husband were wrongfully foreclosed upon by the bank JP MORGAN CHASE, EMC, BANK OF AMERICA, LASALLE and QUALITY LOAN SERVICE CORP. THE TRUSTEE and wrongfully evicted by the third party purchaser Bruce Wuollet and his company Bakersons LLC.  Mr. Wuollet by way of public record had constructive notice that there was an issue of title, but apparently because of his unethical nature and lack of due diligence, chose to toss the dice and gamble on purchasing my sister and her husband's home in a bad trustee's auction.  Even after the sale was briefly rescinded in bankruptcy court he still chose to proceed with his attorney and getting the judge to lift the stay, based on erroneous misstatements from the banks attorney as well as his attorney Mr. Lynn (I believe his name is). All who failed to practice due diligence or seemingly just didn't care whose lives they affected.  My sister tells me Mr. Wuollet's only comment to her when he threw her and her husband onto the streets, when she confronted him with the sale being a wrongful foreclosure..was so sue your bank.  Boy that's a professional, patriotic and ethical response.  If it wasn't for my sister's health and her wishes to not get involved my husband and I would pay for counsel to expose this horrible business of Mr. Wuollet's called Bakerson LLC, by way of court proceedings and media.  My husband and I have still not decided whether we will honor my sister's wishes..
