At the end of my lease, after staying 3 years, I cleaned and did everything required by the lease to be able to get my deposit back.

Barrington Apts then said I hadn't paid 4 months of utility bills and added various incidental items such as charges to produce a bill in order to take my whole deposit. I called them and asked to dispute the charges and the next call I received was from a bill collector threatening my credit. They cost me $260 by putting all the false charges on my deposit.
