Baumann, Gallus & Partners jean-marc baumann swiss accounts, they invested my money in very speculative areas and lost it all. I wanted moderate investments. they won't return my calls. Zurich switzerland

I was introduced to Baumann by an officer from UBS in Zurich.
I invested my money with them because I trusted the UBS officer.
They were to invest my money in a "moderate" risk type investment.
Instead they invesested it in a very speculative risky bond in the Phillipines.
They advertise that they will act as fiduciaries.
When I tried to contact them to inquire how the investment was doing, they could not be reached.
They did not return my calls or letters or emails after many attempts.
I had to hire an attorney. (I live in the USA) I paid thousands to get my money back.
I had an attorney in the US and Switzerland.(very costly)
Bauman is refusing to return my money. He say the investment was legit.
He is the licensed professional Investment Broker.
He knows the difference between "moderate" and "speculative"
Do not trust these people

My mother was in a similar situation.
Exactly as the first person mentioned, my mother was referred to Mr. Baumann and his firm by an officer from UBS.
Mr. Baumann invested funds for us and then after wiining and dining us suggested that we invest in the phillipines. We declined.
Subsequently, without warning, the firm refused to return calls, emails, or letters despite many attempts to contact them. We were then in the process of transferring all of the funds to the United States. We later discovered that a $111k investment in a Brazilian Real Estate Investment REIT had gone belly up and we had lost all of that money.
