Beck Financai Group was paid $7,117.31 to modify our 1st and 2nd mortgages.
Ryan Beck made it clear he has done many modifications and we would be refunded our money
if we did not save money. We had to follow his instructions exactly which included: stop paying the
mortgages and changing our banks. He would handle all negotiations with the banks.
I was concerned of possible foreclosure he assured us of his experience and not a risk.
Absoulut Disaster !
1st Mortgage: Bank sent us ultimatum, Foreclosure or modify on their terms.
Start paying immediatly and they extended our loan 10 yrs. and added missed payments
back on the principal.** $ 120,000 deeper in debt. Ryan knew nothing about it. Reviewed it and
advised us to take it. He told us it is only temporary while he works on a modification.
Two more years later no modification.
2nd Mortgage: Recieved warnings from Bank's Laweryers of pending Foreclosure.
Ryan and Jamilyn Beck now working the negotiations assuring us it is only a scare tactic
the Judge will not foreclose on a second..
Forclosure Sale date was set by the Judge for October 13,2015.
We were able to stop the foreclosure. Additional $29.000 in lawyers fees,
late fees and all payments missed. $15,000 transfered to Laywers immediatly.
After all that Ryan and Jamilyn Beck refuse to refund any money.
False promises and excuses to hide their Incompetence or just plane scammers.

First rule of a SCAMMER is to cast blame and acuse others of wrong doing.
Fellow Consumers, my Wife and I are hardly hight ranking but thanks for the promotiom Jamilyn. I am a Firefighter and my Wife works in prevention.
Just use common sense and steer clear of a company that has these claimes against them.
Don't be fooled by the A+ rating with the Better Business Buereu, we filed a complaint but there is a 12month limit. We excceded that.
Look at the post filed before ours, it is the same overall disaster we were put into by these CLOWNS.

Edward and Beth Webster do not qualify for any mortgage assistance based on their income and assets. They both are high ranking public officials that work for the counties of Palm Beach and Broward. Combined they earn in excess of $200,000 per year and have several hundred thousand dollars in savings, assets and equity. We discussed this with the Webster’s over and over again.
Their 1st mortgage was permanently modified under different guidelines back in 2012 and they have been current on it ever since. At this point, this is another effort by the Webster’s to try and tarnish our company reputation and take advantage of their lender. We have had their court date postponed many times explaining to them that they did not qualify, but they chose to continue to try and “beat the system”. Ultimately it was very easy for them to write a check for $15,000 for their back arrears, while people who actually need the help that these programs provide continue to struggle.
