Beyond Your Nutrition Beyond Nutrition They are not a franchise and sell their business as one. All you get is a name and logo that are not well known. Stay away from this scam. You don't get support or anything. Anyone can do the same thing Internet

Whatever you do. Don't do business with these people. They sell a so called "franchise" that offers no support or promotion or anything. You are just paying thousands for a logo and a name. Once you give them the money, then they will abandon you. They make money only in the sale of the name which is worthless. Then they charge you commission. In return for what? You are buying the vitamins straight from the manufacturer and the products are not even BYN. When you buy a franchise like McDonalds', you pay them a bit of commission but they advertise and market your business. Any good franchise will do the same. Believe me, they won't pay a dime or even a cent for your advertising. Just ask any franchisee. Don't give these people a cent nor a so called Gerald anything. They claim to be like a GNC but a GNC will leave them in the dust. Hopefully you are fortunate to have read this before you invest anything. My heart goes out to those that have. I hate doing this or writing this but people save to buy a business and I can't have this happen to others. This so called franchisor has no heart.

This is completely in accurate, I have been with BYN for 2 years and opened up the second store in OKC as a small business owner with my wife. Jerald ( not Gerald) is a great young passionate president who has a team that gives continued help on a weekly basis to all of the stores. He also continues to give free marketing material and assisting up with banners in which he bought for two of our other owners (MWC and NORMAN). Obviously you are a competitor or someone who has not done business very long. It is typical to have to work hard with any business.
My wife and I got a small loan and would have never been able to get in the franchise with GNC because of the financials and this was a 1/16 the price of opening up a $175K-$250K GNC. We went through ups and downs just like Jerald and the Corp said we would but it is typical as a small business especially looking in the economy, but i knew going into it I was ready to say no for today to say yes for ever. Through the process he never gave inaccurate numbers and allowed us to go to other stores to see if we were making the right decision. We also knew we were getting into a young company and now we are smiling as the store has tripled. We were willing to loose for 2 years( which we started breaking profit our 16th month) to win for the next 40 years. I also have to state to you that the price for the startup and store is very low compared to other nutrition stores go look at GNC and Complete Nutrition here in OKLAHOMA and there are more BYNs than both of these.
Lastly its not a franchise and he continually states that its " Independent owned" so you must have the privilege to be granted permission and my family along with several other families have been blessed to get into a business for less than paying for a New SUV and that also included the fee for carrying the name ( which is less than a year of training at my local GOLDS GYM). He gives us the name and coaches us into running it correctly and sends staff out to every store at least 1-2 times a month but at the end of the day just like a franchise its on ME. I have all the paperwork and tools. I have the shovel the wheel barrel and the gloves and the dirt is for me to load so I just have to DIG.- TRC BYN OKC OWNER
