BidRunner Russell Mahoney CEO Charges .50 for bids I won a auction after spending 12 hours bidding and getting the item for about 60 diollars then received a call saying I used software that was not permitted. Internet

I received a email stating they have cancled not only the last auction I won but the 2 prior to that (there wasn't even any indication of this alleged software that they will not name for those 2 auctions. On the plus side they have refunded all transactions with them. I urge anyone else that has had problems with bidgunner.com to add to this.

I posted here earlier my acceptable resolution which is to honor all auctions I participated in winning and losing (meaning they keep the bids I used). I pay for the merchandise and they ship it too me. My account is closed and any remaining bids are refunded back to my credit card. This would be the way a real company that wasn't a fly by night scam operation would handle the issue. I seriously doubt that bidgunner even has the items they are auctioning off. Hopefully this site will be exposed and be taken down to avoid them robbing others in the future.

Russell since you said I won two other auctions put into perspective for anyone reading this. You have my permission to provide my account records of all auctions I particiated regardless of the outcome. Please post these results because information is power and people who read this need to know all the information.

As I mentioned before I cannot access my account to post the information or I would. Above you can see I have clearly authorized Russell Mahoney to provide this information.

Hopefully he will post the total number of auctions I participated in the total bids from me in each auction I participated in and the results of all auctions I participated in. His previous post may have given the wrong impression but when all data is posted (some auctions I bidded 200+ times and lost) (funny no illegal bidding there...only when I won a gun with a MSRP of 729 dollars.)

My request to Russel to resolve this issue to my satisfaction is to process the final auction that I legitimately won and paid for. At that time my account will be closed/banned (same thing haha) and the remaining credits on my account refunded since I cannot use them. This is fair as I'm sure you can imagine I have no intention of having any dealings with bidgunner.com in the future.

Currently the winning auction is not being honored the refunded the price I paid for the gun and part of the bids that where used only the last bid package. They have definately made sure they come out with their pockets fatter at my expense.

I have filed reports with both of these agencies also. I would suggest anyone else that has been Rippedoff by bidgunner.com to do the same. I know I am not the first to have been done this way. They never said anything when I lost a auction after bidding over 300 times (thats over 150 dollar) nothing about those auctions only when I won a item was I somehow using some magic software that made me win what a bunch of bull. Avoid this site they took close to $3000 in bids for that gun I was the final bidder I paint the final price about 60 dollars. I wish I had the auction info to post here. I have requestd that Russell Mahoney post them to be reviewed. I no longer have any access to my gunbidder.com account at all NO ACCESS they could have just prevented me from bidding but they locked my account out so I can't even get to the detailed information to provide here. Please if you've had a similar experience with this site or one like it file a report here. I am so sick of people trying to make a quick buck by basically robbing me or anyone else.

I used Windows 7 64 bit with mozilla firefox. What is this illegal program you are referring to? I bidded in the auctin from beginning to end the auction started at just before midnight and didn't end till almost 10am post the bid records for everyone to see Russell they can judge for themselves.

The person who issued this complaint used outside software item(s) that are specifically not allowed per the terms and conditions that everyone must agree to follow in order to participate in the auctions on Bidgunner.com.  There is a system in place designed to notify us when someone is utilizing something not approved or allowed by Bidgunner.com.  In order to maintain a fair and level platform for all of our customers, we take cheating Very seriously and spend tremendous time and resources to guard our customers against it.  

We have already voided payments that pertain to the auction in qustion. This person also has won two previous auctions which are being processed and shipped to him at this time.
