I heard problems with this company before, but as I have always been told; you will always hear the negative about the company before you hear about the positive. So I decided to give the company the benefit of the doubt and ordered a 250cc motorcycle from them. So I decided to buy a Motorcycle from them for about $2200, plus a 1 year warranty, and express delivery ran it up to around $2500 (figured a warranty would cover me if anything went wrong.) I know if im gonna spend $2500 why not just get a used 500cc around the area. I wanted new and warrantied big mistake there.

When I received the motorcycle 2 days later than the pre-determined delivery date (even though I paid extra to get it delivered early.) I understood that these things can and do happen, being in the transportation business myself. The motorcycle had broken lights, broken everything. The bike refused to start, I contacted the company about this and they told me to bring it to a motorcycle mechanic, pay the mechanic and send them the receipt and they would reimburse me.

Oh what an idiot your thinking he fell for the oldest trick in the book right?? Wrong I made sure I called back, and contacted the warranty department, then called back and talked to a few other departments....just to see if there was any difference in their story on how things were handled in the reimbursement process. I got half truths from every person I talked to; and after sifting through all the information given and picking out the misdirection I figured out EXACTLY what was required to get my money after bringing it to the shop.

The motorcycle shop looked it over, got it 'temporarily fixed' and told me to take it to the shooting range and put the bike out of my misery as they so -delicately- put it.

Later I contacted the company and explained that the whole engine was totally S.N.A.F.U.'d and asked if I paid to return the bike to them if they would replace the bike. I was told that particular model was sold out and could not. Where I responded I dont care if u have that model I would be willing to take something of equal or lesser value and cut my losses because it is a second vehicle and meant to save me money on gas not cost me money.

A list of the problems with the bike are as follows: Will not start (has to be jump started every time [even after having the starter/battery replaced]) All the lights were broken upon delivery, Chipped paint job (minor detail but if I'm going to give them 2 thousand dollars of my own money I expect to get a small illusion of quality) After riding it for all of 50 miles the front forks broke...yes broke. So now I have a $2200 paper-weight considering nobody wants to return ANY of my e-mails, phone calls, or even faxes to resolve the situation.

These people are nothing but scam artists that are only interested in getting your money, once they have it....You never hear from them again.
