Boutique teacup puppies.Ashley Nicole Anderson Traci Murai executif assist and Justin M Anderson liar,crook,still money from people by not sending what they paid for, dishonest woman, disrespectful person Mississippi and Las Vegas, Nevada

I did business with Boutique teacup puppies because I had a miniature pomeranian for 15 years and I had to put him to sleep and been on wheel chair the day's are very lonely and I look Internet for a dog and Boutique teacup she had lovely small dog so I contact Ashley Anderson and explain my situation and she suggest a Micro mini teacup pomeranian and she was estimating her to be 1 to 2 pounds full grown. so I decided to buy the puppy name Adorable Amazing Jessica. So Ashley give me they information to send her a Bank transfer in her husband account in Florida. On April 09/2012 I transfert $7,500.00 US and my dog was coming April 12 with a Nanny name Candace but the day before April 11, I got a E-Mail that my dog will not come because she's sick, so every day I wrote to see how was my dog but was not getting better,April 23 still no dog, and she finally E-Mail me saying I will not get my Jessica because she has liver problem

I wanted a refund but she said on contract she doesn't refund that I have to pick a other one, but none interest me, she said new dogs will be arriving soon and I will have the first pick, so if I didn't want to loose my money I had to pick one, but she send me picture of only one dog and the date of birth, I mention to Ashley and Traci will she be small and Traci reply because of the price I paid yes she will be small.

I ask what's her name she said to name her myself why ??? all her dog's have name, So I call her Jessie. The dog arrived May 17, the next day of her arrival I took the dog to the vet and also picture she send and the vet paper that she came with the dog, my vet said the picture and the dog are not the same, neither the date of birth on paper she send and what she told me. I wrote to Ashley to inform her and she said don't lesson to what people are saying just love your Jessie and give her good care.

Today Jessie she's 7 months old and weight 4 pounds she's tale and long what will she be when adult.

I wrote time and time again but no reply but I keep writing and she finally answer and said to me ''' Go away mean old woman''' I reply saying I rather be what I am then a liar, crook, riping money from people with her dishonest advertising, if you look on her website sold puppies you will see Adorable Amazing Jessica sold to Nicole in Quebec Canada it's false I never did get that dog because she said she was sick, I ask her to take her of and put Jessie but she never did.By looking at all complaint she sell the same dog several time but she only have one and she use excuse like the dog sick and she doesn't refund so, we have to pick a new one, but on contract it doesn't mention if the dog is not send because of illness she doesn't refund but after she has are money what can we do ?  

Why the government can't shut her business. Also she sell me the dog $7,500.00 and she declared at customs only $350.00 is it the price she paid ? what a profit. The price I paid she should of been purebreed dog and she's not, here that same dog I would of pay no more than $300.00. For a show pomeranian with tattoo and paper I would of paid around $1,000.00 I purchased from Ashley because here I couldn't find a very small dog . I also paid $1,100.00 US for transport with a Nanny.I give her all my saving it was worted because no price for loneliness. And she may try to deny it but all I am saying I have proof in writing and more.

 P.S. I spend more then what's writing because I am canadian and the exchange between canadian and americain money
