The report was only one page with minimum information.
This is clearly a Scam organization.

The user and writer of the original report downloaded a "Solution guide" from a BrainMass tutor. The Solution guide consisted of one page, addressing in detail the question that was asked. The question can be viewed at www.brainmass.com/homework-help/business/marketing/91924 .
The user indicated he was not satisfied with the Solution. Our Customer Service team reviewed the question and saw that it had been downloaded by 116 other users, with no other negative feedback.
As the user was not satisfied with the material, we offered the user a complimentary Credit to his account so that he could download a different Solution from our database of over 150,000 Solutions.
The user then indicated he would prefer a refund. It is noted in several places on the BrainMass site, including the payment page, that all transactions are final, but in the interest of helping the user we offered a second Credit - he could now download two new Solution guides at no additional cost. The user declined to accept the free Credits to his account.
We have now refunded the user's purchase, which has resulted in a loss of $7.22 CAD, from refund fees and paying the Solution guide tutor. We do wish the user the best in his future studies.
