Brandon Deboer operates under internet marketing/web development firm BCS Marketing. His reputation in the entertainment industry is diminishing daily and I would like to make public my experience dealing with him.

I hired Brandon to facilitate the execution of Twitter verification at a cost of ~$650.00 for one account. Brandon and I had several conversations via phone before I remitted payment. He explained that he would be submitting the request to a third party, who has a direct relationship with a representative in the entertainment division. He went on to say that the time frame on verification varies depending on the amount that is paid, but promised that mine would be taken care of within 48 hours. He assured me that he has assisted in the verification of many accounts and stressed that there would be no issue whatsoever. I had him draw up an agreement and it reads as follows:

"BCS Marketing will be providing (author) with Twitter verification handled from a third party agency on behalf of BCS Marketing & Affiliates, the Verification process over twitter can take a Maximum of 15 Business days (excluding any weekends) if BCS Marketing cannot meet the requirements of this agreement the client (author) will be provided a full refund from BCS Marketing within two weeks time of the ending of the agreement."

I approved the agreement and sent Brandon the payment via Western Union on December 6, 2012 using the following information:

Country: Canada

In short, the verification never happened. I sent payment on December 6. It was suppose to be completed by December 10. I asked him on December 12 if he could provide proof that he and his agency processed the form to Twitter. He called and said that my profile would 100% be verified that night --- nothing! December 13 I sent him a text asking what happened. His response was "They told me they will be processing the accounts promptly, we just need to wait." Brandon subsequently told me again that the verification would be complete by a certain time and --- nothing!

December 15 I asked Brandon to go ahead and process the refund because I had been lied to numerous times. His response "As per our agreement, we have 15 business days. We are on top of this to get this done asap." I replied "Ok I'll wait. Just know that I would not have sent a single message if you didn't claim that it could and would be done in 1-2 days. December 26 is the deadline."

December 16 Brandon sent a text that reads "We're a 100% go for tomorrow by the night San Francisco time - might happen during early afternoon. I'll keep you updated." December 18 came --- nothing!

Brandon called me several times with the same story over and over for the next few days....

December 27 Brandon sent a text that reads "We heard from Twitter this morning. Our agent Billy will process all of our accounts today."

Long story short: Brandon actually sent my money to a recording artist who claims he is with Def Jam Records. The recording artist, from what I understand, scammed Brandon and he had to work to recover the funds. The verification was never submitted to Twitter.

I found this information out on December 28 and immediately demanded Brandon to process the refund. He promised me on three separate occasions that he would send the refund *that day* but ---- nothing! My calls and texts went unanswered and so I had a recording artist from SODMG reach out to him while I was on 3 way and he answered. He again promised that he would process the refund next day --- nothing!

It took Brandon over 2 months to finally send my money back and he shorted me $50! He recently agreed to add 20k real twitter followers to an account for me and it's been 3 weeks ---nothing! Said he would send the rest of my money by January 28, 2013 --- nothing! Haven't heard from him all week.

I apologize for the length of my report as well as my brevity towards the end. I've heard many stories similar to mine regarding transactions with Brandon Deboer DBA BCS Marketing. Don't let him reel you in with unrealistic promises. I've been in the industry for almost 10 years and have never dealt with someone who conducts business so poorly. He completed disrespected my time and has no integrity.

Brandon is still scamming with new Company ataglancemedia.com

His new company is named ataglancemedia.com - until he attacked us online we had no idea who this guy was. Brandon Used his Internet PR & social media tools - alternate accounts and Bots to lead a campaign to Slander my brand online and fraudulently flag my content to get our valuable Tiktok page permanently banned.

He exploited tiktok’s community guidelines flagging algorithm to mass flag much of my content as Tiktok monitors community guidelines with an algorithm rather than love humans. Brandon did this because he doesn’t like the world views posted on our page.

We know he targeted our account because a day after the account was banned he commented on our Instagram to throw salt in our wounds: "weirdo, glade to take down your Tiktok”. Big mistake - now we know who you are. Actively looking to press litigation.

Brandon told me, that he could also get my account verified. He had a person named Preston Million doing his "account verifications". I sent nearly $1300 to this Preston guy, who in turn never got me verified. Three months later, still no verification or refund as promised! The guy is a scam!

Lets put the things clear, this will be not be fixed till everyone who write a complaint against @BCSSODMG and his Company BCS Marketing what is a Rip Off, work together to report him to the proper channels in Twitter.

Brando Deboer, is talking a lot of B... S... nothing else, he is coming to everyone saying he will brings his lawyers, something what will never happen, till he have not money to refund us what he owe, less will have money to pay a Lawyer.

I create this email brandondeboerripoff@gmail.com if some one wanna share with me some information i will Love to get it, there is one Guy who already send a letter to the General Counsel of Twitter INC, signed by a USA Lawyer.

I think will be more than powerful if you guys help him, as I do already, with all the possible evidence.

Lets bring to this Scammer Brandon Deboer, what he deserve!

Please email me and I will reach you back with the copy of the letter and the phone Number of the Lawyer who is handle the case.


And for the others or future clients, PLEASE be Advise NEVER, Yes Never pay him (Brandon Deboer) a Penny

The first post was accurate in relation to business with the main poster. And has since been resolved.

This second post is absolutely incorrect & misleading as well as Slander & Defamation of Character - we never did any type of business with this anonymous person from Germany!

We will be investigating into who this person is, as they are saying they have done business with us and we have no record of ever working with them.

Our Legal department will be looking further into this matter below.

Brandon charge me 5000 $$$ and never deliver the verification

Well, lucky you only pay $ 650 I personally pay $ 5000 to get my verification as he promise to me, but till today what I got is a lot of excuses.

Brandon Deboer is a potential Scamer.

I was trying to find more info about him, and well i find him here and into mostwanted.com hope more people start knowing this.

Your rebuttal couldn't be further from the truth. Brandon knows exactly what's going on. He promised me on January 26th that he would process the remainder of the refund on Monday, January 28th. It is now Wednesday, January 30th and I have heard nothing from him up until a few minutes ago --- He blocked me on Facebook and threatened legal action.

He also said that he would not be sending me the rest of the funds - typical, I know.

I hope the $50 is worth more than his reputation. I repeat, Never Do Business With This Kid.

The customer in question in regards to this report has received a refund directly from BCS.

We are not sure what the issue is with this customer, we are going to have this dealt with as promptly as possible as our legal team is now looking in the accuracy of this complaint received.

I just finished a phone conversation with Brandon, He has explained the customer has been refunded and was surprised to be sent this complaint from that customer.

We are working on the resolution of this complaint.
