I bought a 50" Samsung Plasman TV on 2 April 2010 and I have been experiencing "Ghosting" images that seem to be burnt in and I thought the 5 year extended warranty that cost me an extra $158.88 would have covered this issue, since the sales rep. repetively was telling me that the warranty covered EVERYTHING.  Guess what??? It doesn't and the cus tomer service was ridiculous.  They wanted to talk about the phosphorus of the Plasma TV and why it does what it does...blah blah blah blah...I could give a s**t about how the plasma works.  All I care about  is that they sold me a TV and a Warranty and Lied, misrepresented themselves, ect about everything.....Bottom line is now i have to buy another TV which will cost me at least $800 to get something compatable, which I should not have to do, ISN'T THAT WHAT WARRANTIES ARE FOR???  Go to HHGregg...their warranty literally covers everything and do not buy anything from brandsmart usa and their warranty
