Brian L. Ponder, Esq, sole partner at Brian Ponder LLP sexually exploited from November 2015 - March 2016 in exchange for legal services. Mr. Ponder was representing me in an employement litigation suit in federal court (Eastern District of Missouri).  Whenever I complained about the sexual exploitation and harassment, Mr. Ponder threatened me with legal action and even filed false police reports. On March 26, 2016 I finally terminated Mr. Ponder's legal representation. Brian L. Ponder, Esq. is dishonest, manipulative, and exploitive. I'm not the first female client he's had inappropriate relationships with.
