We used a contractor and now want to let the public know about this outfit. First no one has written a good review about this contractor. Build zoom gives this company a high score. I post a bad review and builds zoom pulled it down. The contractor disputed the review. I am sure. We have prisons full of innocent people. Build zoom asked for further evidence of the review. Sent pictures and the last filing of complaint. The case number in Wisconsin. My review in not hokum but the truth and proved it. Still build zooms will not post my review. I emailed everything they need and still no review. Build Zoom did not even have the courtesy to let me know anything. Very quick to take things down. Now try to get them to put it back takes day's with no reply. I asked for a reply twice, NOTHING BACK! Do not use build zoom for your contractor. As long as you pay they will not let a bad review on the site and keep your fake score in tact. PAY and your are a good company. WOW! Contractor in question HOMES BY SARCEN from Watertown Wisconsin.

Ken, thank you for your note. Please give me a chance to clarify.

BuildZoom does not and has never taken money to remove bad reviews. We have not received a cent from the contractor in question, Homes by Scarcen.

Managing reviews can be very challenging because there are two sides to every story. We give contractors an opportunity to dispute bad reviews and we follow up with requests for evidence from both sides.
