The worst apartment complex I've ever heard of. I lived here for two years. The ONLY reason I renewed was because I couldn't afford a pet deposit elsewhere. I was locked out of my apartment after they failed to cash a rent check that I had given them and had to get the police involved since they had locked my dog in my apartment. They told me they couldn't let me in until Monday (it was a Friday). Absolutely the worst, dumbest management I've ever seen.
They have a "not my problem" attitude to EVERYTHING, especially the things that are THEY'RE FAULT. I didn't get any deposits back, even though I left the apartment in good condition. They also told me that I was eligible for my 200$ pet deposit back but they had no record of me paying a pet deposit in the first place. The people are so rude and so unprofessional. Every time I spoke to them, I felt like screaming. DON'T LIVE HERE!!!
