CARid carID Shipping Date has changed 3 times in 14 days. Cranbury New Jersey

Placed an order on 7/22/2013. Was told the order would ship out on 7/29/2103. On this date, I received another email that the order would ship out on 8/5/2013. Call to find out what happened and was told the rims were not what they ordered (yea right). Once again, on 8/5/2013 received an email that the order would ship out on 9/30/2013. This is ridiculous. From reading the comments, this is normal for this company to not give what is promised. I now don't trust them. I am requesting a refund of my monies. I will give it 15 days and contact my credit card company (Discover) and dispute the charge.. Discover is great at helping you in these types of situations.

I understand how you must feel. I would like to review your order to see what occurred. I need your order number to review further. Can you call us at 800-505-3274 x8761 and ask for the Consumer Relations Manager.
We take pride in providing a WOW experience and for this I appologize. I would like to know if you are receiving emails to explain why the delay in shipping? Is anyone calling you? We have these steps in place to avoid this type of concern.
I hope to hear from you soon as this is not normal business practice.
