This is a guaranteed issue insurance policy. I took this policy out in November 2009 and they held their monthly premiums out of my bank account every month untill May 2010.

I verified and the hospital verified with the insurance company my coverage. I had 2 surgeries one in Feburary 2010 and one in April 2010. Both times the hospital called the company to verify coverage.

When the Hospital started billing the insurance company they never got any reply. I started trying to call the company and all phone numbers had been disconnected. I have contacted several different companies and am being told it was all a scam. So now I am being charged with over $50,000 in medical bills and am being forced to file bankruptcy.
