Canadian Health and Care Mall STOLE TRUSTED E-MAILS FOR SPAMMING, Internet

I received a e-mail with about ten or so other recipients from a trusted sender (family member) with no subject and an innocuous (no reference to the actual content) link to an online pharmacy selling aphrodisiacs etc: <:http://pharmacyas.com/contacts/form/. > The email address was stolen along with the other addresses.  A trace of the originating IP address: [82.114.69.25] in the msg header and  a backwards trace through What Is Ip placed the spammer in Serbia. 

A further search with RIPE Network Coordination Center provided proof of ownership of this (not exclusive) IP address:

One more layer provided the following contact info-name, e-mail, phone, address:

The number of complaints associated with this criminal is extensive, much more than I had time to search.  I've listed on other  site with numerous complaints.  This cheat needs to be shut down and sent a strong message.
