Routine recall for 2004 Ford 150 airbag
Dealer damaged steering wheel and column refuses to repair it.
Claims to have replaced the recall parts. Owner has no way to verify this
Did not do a diagnostic on the airbag system, yet claims that the airbag system is failed.
Vehicle now has presistent vibration in the steering column at slow speeds.
Dealer denies that they cause the vibration.
Ford National says what the dealer says goes. I now have to pay for diagnostic on the recalled airbag parts and the damage to steering.
Service manager lied to Ford National and claims they did a diagnostic on the airbag system. Dealer presented no paperwork to owner showing any diagnostic whatsoever.
