The company is registered in his dad's name, with Annie as the "Member Manager/CEO" of the LLC.  The LLC is registered in NC on the NC Secretary of State's website, under "Contracting Service Group, LLC" DBA "Vision Build Team, LLC" (311 B Beaty St, Conway, SC 29526).

It's kind of surprising that Roy Cooper, the NC Attorney General doesn't know that Chris Wollin has opened up another corporation in NC, under his dad's name, especially after Roy Cooper filed mortgage fraud charges against Chris Wollin, and won a $1,000,000.00 lawsuit against Chris Wollin.

Greg, not sure who you are, but obviously Chris Wollin has fooled you like he has everyone else.  I hope he's not ripped you off like he did so many others.  He's nothing but a con man and a criminal.  Apparently he went from ripping off folks in mobile/modular homes in NC, to ripping off folks looking for home improvements/new construction.  

He also has a very lengthy criminal history, dating back to to the early 90's when he was a teenager, running an auto theft ring, including multiple car thefts, grand theft, assault on a female, communicating threats, criminal domestic violence, and the list goes on... The person that wrote this trash is an ex-employee that quit to start his own business in competition with CLS. This person and every other contractor has gotten paid timely for the work they have performed. This is a company were you only get paid for what you do.

CLS has over 40 contractors and all of them get paid on time. The same person that wrote this also tried to recruit all of CLS's employees and contractors. One left with him, all of the others know better. If this guys lips are moving, He is lying. Chris and Annie are nothing but fair. Do not beleive this trash.

I am a previous contractor with this company.  I chose another career path and left on amicable terms.  I never had a problem with CLS providing materials or timely payment.  This report appears to be a smear by a competitor in the area that we are very familiar with.   He sets out to ruin Chris to enhance his business.  Look for a RIP OFF report coming for him soon.  Everything he accuses Chris of, he is guilty of.
