i mailed a payment in the form of a money order to this company on 5/1/2010. i didnt know what the address was so i went to yellowpages.com and their website just to double check it and the address was the one listed for 777 W Southern Ave Ste 513 Mesa, AZ 85210 (480) 649-5511. i called the following business day to make sure the payment made it there and they told me no it hadnt, icalled for the next few days explaining and following up with them. explaining i have a 400.00 money order that was sent to this address, they then told me that wasnt the right address and the correct one was 1313 s country club dr. in mesa 85210. i asked why they had the wrong address listed that is misleading when people want to mail things or payments in. they told me since i been to the building once i should have known the address. i then replied well is that a coporate office or headquarters maby they can forward the payment to you. edwin refused to give me info on that bulding and he said he dont know about the old address and that its my fault and i need to send another 400.00. who has that kind of money laying around these days, im a single mother of 3 and livee check to check. so then i asked if there was something we can work out i have proof that i sent the payment. they didnt want to hear that all they waned was money, money, money. and they are quick to argue and not listen. i have contacted the news, bbb, and attourny gerneral. this company is very unprofessional, poor customer service, and doesnt have the customers, best intrest in mind. its all about money. they didnt offer to see a copy of the money order or anything, i just got a knock on the door 1:00 am for repo. so my car got repoe'd for honestly trying to pay them but they have misleading info listed

I know it has been 2 years since your post, but here is my advise: the next time you find yourself in these circumstances, do the following; 1. Cancel your money order with your original receipt. 2. Get a new money order for the said amount. 3. Hand deliver the payment. 4. Get a signed copy of receipt of payment by an authorized representative of the said company or party involved in the transaction. 5. Optional step: Bring a credible character witness at the time of payment and have them sign a copy of this receipt as well with legible contact information in case said party files a dispute of payment.
