Christopher and Carmella Vergura They are a scamming team/car scamming Frederick, Maryland

Where do I start. It is people like Christopher and Carmella Vergura that give human kind a bad name. They are the kind of people that make you mistrust people of any kind.
My wife and I first met Carmella about 5 yrs. ago when she first came to our church on 2nd st. in Frederick,Md. It is call Centennial church and it serves and reaches out to the community. Serving the homeless and try to give dignity back to people who have lived in addiction. Trying to make them see that they are still loved even though they have made bad decisions in there life because of there addiction. My wife and I worked in the children's ministry when we first went to the church and had the privil edge of teaching Chris and Carmella's 2 sons. They are good boys and do not deserve to be tortured on a daily basis about their mother and father's bad choices about life. Christopher called me one day and asked me if I would be interested in making some extra money on the side concerning cars. I agreed and I gave Chris 3,200 cash we signed a contract and he said he would be in touch with me in a couple of days. He did and gave me back my money and the amount I made on the sale. Of course when this was finalized he said there would be another car that some lady had to get rid of because her husband died and she needed the money. So we met again, this time I gave him 2,500 and we signed a contract and he said he would contact me in a few days. This did not happen I ended up calling him several times,he kept telling lie after lie and we finally went to see his wife Carmella since we knew her better, we knew she could not have known about this,so we told her and she did not act surprised. Chris was standing there when we approached her acting proud as a peacock that she was not going to do anything, he was right we now know because of all the lying Carmella has done for him that they are a team.He does the act and she trys to get people to feel sorry for her and asks you to pray for her husband. She has been married to him for 15 yrs. I ask you, if she opposed this lifestyle why would she stay wth him and have her safety and her sons safety threatened on a daily basis because of their risky behavior. She told me Chris did not have any money and I saw a big roll of money come out of his pocket.My wife and I have done extensive research on these two and of course have filed in civil court against them we will go to court in Dec. Chris or Carmella have never tried to make this right by paying back the money. Carmella says they have no money. I know of at least 2 properties that they own. Chris does not work a job. His SUV is in the driveway most of the time except for when he is plotting to scam the next person.What kind of a man is this? He will allow his wife to go work, but he does not. He claims he is a Godly man and goes to church. We have seen him in church about 3 times in 6 yrs. and it was only in the dining room.
 We have pages of people he has scammed including criminal cases in Montgomery,Frederick, and Allegheny counties. My wife and I are very concerned about the boys because of their parents being so unstable and acting very immature about what is most important. Chris claims his family and God come first in his life. That is such a pathetic lie. He thinks about himself only. He is very evil and his wife is an accomplish. Only God knows what there sons have seen and heard, I know first-hand they have seen many people come to there door wanting there money. My wife and I did just that at night and Chris had the nerve to call the police on us and accused us of breaking his windshield. My wife and I are not violent people we just want him to give our money back. He told the police when he called about us that he owed us money. I would like to correct that, he SCAMMED us for money. He took the money and he is a thief and in my eyes is a criminal.He needs to go to jail and pay for his crimes. I hope an attorney will see this and contact us, we are forming a group to bring a law suit against him, instead of civil court where nothing gets done. Chris why don't you have to work. I know because your job is a PROFESSIONAL SCAMMER!!!!! If you have any other problems you have to deal with them just like anyone else. The Lord says Liars and Thieves will be thrown into the lake of fire and that is where you are going Chris unless you repent and turn away from your evil ways. Is this the legacy you want to leave your children? We are not going to stop until we get justice we have God on our side and he knows the truth about everything! What kind of a mother are you? You are not protecting your children, they should not be living in a home where on a daily basis the potential for someone coming to your door with a gun in hand will happen at some point.
