Ciggarest CIGGAREST, Scam Artist TV and ONLINE Internet, California

Ciggarest offers stop smoking pills at 7.93 for 30 day trial offer. You then start seeing a $0.02, $0.80, $0.11, $2.75, and $4.25 charges on your account in a week span. I called them and ask what are those charges and they said if I total it all up it should total up to $7.93 trial offer. When I asked them why not just charge the whole $7.93 at one transaction and the rep told me that its just how their system does the trial charges. They will send you a 90 day supply instead of the trial supply and they wont tell you this. No note on the package. So one would assume that this is what they had ordered, the TRIAL SUPPLY"

You will just get a surprise charge of $74.14 within a week of from their previous multiple of charges. on the credit card they have on file. When I called and ask about this, they told me that this is the charges for the extra 60 day supply they included in the 30 day trial supply they sent me... I said what extra supply. all I got was one bottle and they told me that the bottle contains 90 day supply.  I asked for a full refund but they said I needed to send the product first and it would have to be priority mail with delivery confirmation.

I said fine but they will have to reimburse the return shipping since they have deceived me with their product. They said no they will not and they will only refund the 74.14 and thats when I told them I will be reporting you to the better business burea as well as the California Health dept for the side effect it had caused me which your product HAVE NO WARNINGS about side effects..... unless I get refunded every penny spent including the original 7.93 that was charged in multiple small amount. Also I will be pursuing a lawsuit. I then hung up.

My creditcard was refunded the full 74.14 plus 7.93 and an extra 9.95 the very next day from the time I made the phone call.
