We had zero in results -- two people.   We also followed instructions perfectly.  Who wouldn't?  Why mess with not having results at such a price!  Let alone the discomfort and the need to get rid of lice!

We had to treat immediately with another product that DID work.  I met with extreme resistance in seeking a refund, which has not happened.

They have an 800 number, many placements on websites for reviews, and received $157 of my money.   The same stories were given to me by Clearlice aka Natural Solutions about being a small home business.  What does this have to do with anything regarding my refund of $157?  I don't have a small business, cannot afford an 800 number nor afford the cost of internet marketing, nor can I afford to maintain a website.

Slick operations are used to send a product that doesn't work, and then not refund.

The way they operate, I would not believe even one good review you see.

I can attest to the efficacy of clearlice repel products first hand and to the treatment through a friend.

We had a friend who had children that contracted lice, and my wife lent her the treatment shampoos.  It only took one treatment, and the children's hair was free of lice.  Our kids were treated with the repel, and they did not contract it, though they were in close proximity.  

If it didn't work, then you didn't use it properly, as our friend swears by it now.

My wife now purchases the stuff too often though-- she's developed an anxiety over lice.  Luckily the repel product is safe to use everyday.

The website claims that the product contains protein enzymes that break down the nit glue and lice exoskeletons which makes them vulnerable.  The proteins forming the nit glue and exoskeletons are almost identical to those forming human hair.  A great deal of research has been done due to the value of a product that could actually do this, actually 100% kill the lice and nits, and make the nits easy to remove due to breakdown of the glue.  No method has been found that will not also disolve the hair.  Clearlice can apparently claim this, but it just is not true. 

If it didn't work it will always be due to the user not being putting enough effort into it.  This is always their out.

As a small American company that has been in business for over 6 years we do our best to please all of our customers.

When people go online and try to hurt our company, it saddens me greatly. Read our hundreds and hundreds of reviews from families that have tried everything only to have the lice return or never go away. Clearlice was the only product that worked for them.  There is no need to spend hundreds of dollars on a lice picking service.  Clearlice can help you in one-day. 

Clearlice was developed to work on my son when he had lice. So we know the frustration you are going through.  Our customer service is trained and experienced in dealing with lice and frustrated parents. They are caring and sympathetic.  They do everything they can to help everyone that calls or emails.

I am not sure if this is a real customer or someone trying to hurt our good name to sell their own products.  But ether way, you can call in to our company yourself and speak to once of our lice specialists.  They will answer any questions you may have.  Their only concern is to help you!
