I received a plain white envelope with the movie "Die Hard Dracula" in it as well. Googled the company and found this site. I have not yet seen a credit card charge - but recently cancelled a couple credit cards - they may have tried to charge to those. Will watch the ones I do still use very closely. I have never ordered anything from iKitchen - so that can't be the only source for this fraud.
