I have lived in the Bridges Of Summerville for over 3 years. The HOA/ Community Management Group that runs this place is unorganized, unresponsive, and just displays an overall lack of commitment to customer service. I have had to have a pool key replaced several times due to demagnetization. Every time I have had to pay a replacement charge yet this business could give me no definite answer as to how to prevent this; and I guess as along as they collect their 20 dollars it is really of no consequence to them. It has taken at times weeks to hear back from a Representative even after repeated attempts to contact by various means of communication i.e. email, phone. Then when you have the nerve to have an attitude about their lack of customer service that act as if you are bothering them. I have gotten fines for displaying character "sheets" in my windows. I have small children bought the character curtains for their room...however when I attempted to contact them to discus and provide proof that these were in fact curtains I recieved no response; Big surprise. It is clear that so many businesses today have a severe lack of customer service. There is no loyalty, commitment, or desire for many company's to provide their bread and butter customers with the type of service that makes us proud to buy products or services from them. Maybe they aren't aware of how word of mouth can have a lasting impact on the credibility of a company.
