I signed my company with Constructionpipeline.com because they offered "guaranteed" leads and three free leads to show the quality of their business. I got three free leads, and 5 paid leads at $40ea ($200). Only one of those leads answered the telephone. The remaining 7 never responded to at least three calls and some we tried five. Voice mails were left and emails sent. Nothing. No response.

I asked for lead credit using their stated polices. I was denied. Only after I demanded refund & cancellation of service did they offer to provide 'credit' for the leads we were unable to contact. Adam told me that a denied claim is not the end of it. How could I possibly know that? The offer was five "credits" and then seven "credits". This so they can send me 7 more bogus leads. I decided to refuse this offer and made a counter offer. Full refund for my happiness. Denied.

So, now the telephones are a bit slow and I am making this report. I am also calling the credit card company and making a chargeback. constructionpipeline.com provides bogus leads at the cost of $40 ea. They offer zero guarantee of service. They offer no refunds. Their BBB rating is C-. I know, my bad for not checking first.
