I was called by a 000-000-0000 number on my phone. I had answered it and told the man, who spoke with an indian accent,  on the phone to not call me again and remove me from their list. He seemed nice and didn't hang up on me like most of the telemarketers do. He said he would do so.

I received a call the next day and my husband decided to handle it. He told the same man that we were not interested and to remove our number. He than began to tell my husband that to remove our phone number we had to pay them $3 to do so. Or that we could pay a $2.95 charge for shipping and handling for a $100.00 gift card.
By this time we wanted him off the phone and to stop calling. He gave them a card number to get them to shut-up and stop calling.

By the time I had gotten back on the phone he had called my husband a few choice words. When I first answered the phone first thing he calls me is, dirty mother f*****. I was livid. Went off on a rampage arguing with this man back and forth. Unfortunately he had our card already and our address information. The man on the phone I wanted fired. No one should be spoken to that way
over the phone. Unfortunately the man that I was talking to that said his employee would be fired was the same man that cursed my husband and I out. He gave me this story was walking by seeing there was trouble and took the phone. That wasnt the case. I wanted a name for the man whom I was speaking with. He said his name was David Franklin from american rewards loyalty.

During this whole thing I had been transferred to another man who went through a recording with me just answering yes to every statement. All I wanted was a reference number to my "order" so I could call back and make sure that man was fired. By the time I was done listening to the phone call and getting 5 different phone numbers it just disconnected.

I signed into my bank account and saw a $1.00 charge from core vision group and called my bank immediately and told them what happened and that we had been scammed. She said we had to wait to dispute it once it went through. I went into my bank and spoke with them and did not have to pay the $1.00 charge they made on my card.
