Custom LDS Scriptures customldsscriptures.com Have not received order after months of attempted contact Internet Utah

On February 10th, 2014, I placed a custom scripture order for almost $200. The website says that typical order fulfillment takes 3-6 weeks, so I waited. On March 20th, as I reached around the 6 week mark and hadn't received my item or any communication from the seller, I contacted the company and asked about the status of my order. They replied the same day, telling me it should ship out that Monday or Tuesday (which would have been March 24th or 25th.)

April 15th comes, and I haven't heard anything from the company or received my order, so I contacted them again. The owner said she was out of the office, but would be back that night, and would "hunt down" my order. Contacted them again on April 19th, when I hadn't heard anything back about my order, and received no response.

On April 24th, over 2 months after placing my order and a month after my item was "shipping out", I contacted the company again. At this point I was seriously annoyed, and said that if I did not receive information about my order, I was going to open a case with the Better Business Bureau. Didn't receive a response, so on April 28th, I opened a case with the Better Business Bureau. As of today (May 23rd) the company has still not responded, either to me or to the Better Business Bureau, and I have not received my item or a refund. I checked out the company's Facebook page (facebook.com/customldsscriptures), and it is filled with customer complaints much like mine - people who have paid hundreds of dollars and have been waiting for months and can not get any answers from this company.

This is a company selling LDS scriptures! This is absolutely shocking that they would choose such a personal, sacred item to rip people off! I am absolutely disgusted with this company, and at this point, just want everyone to know how awful they are, and hopefully get this company to change, or get them closed down.
