DEPARTMENT OF LAW AND INVESTIGATION CASHNET MARKETING told me a lawsuit has been filed against my social security number for failing to repay a payday loan that I never took out, and that my home was under surveillance, and if I did not make arrangements Internet

Received a call from (706) 980-0732 with similar details to the scam reports made here by others - a man with a foreign accent that I could barely understand saying that my home was under surveillance and I was being investigated by the Department of Law and Investigation (which does not exist) for taking out a payday loan from Cashnet Marketing and failing to pay it back, and that if I did not pay I would be arrested within 24 hours, my social security number would be suspended and I would be fired from my job tomorrow.  The only information he could give me was my maiden name and an address that I hadn't lived in for four years.  I told him that his claims sounded incredibly bogus and if a lawsuit was filed, I would have been served documents about it and hung up.  How irritating.
