We are a very large chain of hotels. This company sent out a crew who's project manager was Dion Johnson, they were here to move out old mattresses and install new ones. They were all absolutely disrespectful, rude, and extremly unprofessional. They walked around using the "N" word to eachother and cursing. They sat on the arms of our lobby chairs most of the day, they were like a bunch of kids carrying on, making fun of our maintenance men's age and our guests. They were also talking bad about the hotel and its facilities loud enough for the guests to hear. 

We are just 1 of the 13 hotels in our market that had the unfortunate task of dealing with these people. Trust me when i say that we ALL had problems with this crew, its just unfortunate for us that our corporate office was worried more about finding the cheapest labor than finding a proffessional company that would do a decent job. They totally skipped putting the mattress pads on most beds, and even putting the beds properly on the frames wasnt important to them (even after we asked them to!) so we had a couple of broken frames that needed to be replaced.

Their company will also be recieving a list of our complaints, in detail. They also broke a couple lamps in rooms, knocked over our lobby vase and broke it, and left all the trash and plastic from the new mattresses and pads in the hallways and in our guest rooms. Dion was absolutely rude and uncooperative sitting on his phone literally all day. This is obviously where his staff gets there attitudes from. Note to DH- Hire DECENT PEOPLE not just the wanna be gangsters you find at the local homeless shelters.

As a representative of DH Hospitality, I would like to extend my sincerest apologizes to whomever was involved in this complaint.

I can attest that out of the 351 properties DH Hospitality installed from June-December of 2012, 98% of the comments back to our company were genuinely and highly satisfied with the performance of our crews, especially the performance of Dion Johnson.
