I bought a skid steer on ebay 4 years ago for $9,500 and i called them and i told  them i think it should be payed off and they said that the lease is paid off in january and now i'm buying the skid steer. I gave these idiots $13,500 thinking i am buying it from the the guy i bought it from on ebay not leasing it from direct capital. when i called them they said they would call me back in a hour to tell me the fair market value that i would have to pay them. are these people on drugs or what, i paid them $278 plus $16 sales tax a month for 48 months now they want to charge me fair market value which i figure is 7 or 8.000  on top of the money i already gave them. I thought i was buying it all this time. stay far far away from these crooks

Once we connect I will review the structure of your lease agreement.  If you did complete a lease with a FMV term this was clearly identified in your contract and you should have taken advantage of the tax savings that this type of lease program affords. About half of the posting on this site never get back to me and suspect unscrupulous competitors just trying to stir up trouble so if I dont hear from you I will assume and respond back accordingly
