DR,. John S. Lanham Greater Milwaukee Foot and Ankle Clinic and Surgery Center. I received a cortisone shot in each foot, he took unnessary x rays & ultrasounds for wich he has billed Medicare$10,000. HE missed the foot area & shots were usless. He has claimed he performed Physic, Internet

This Dr. did not do some of things he requested payment for and overcharged for what he did. IE: physical therapy & prosthetic devices, He performed two procedures which were unnessary and charged thousands of dollars for the  services. Since visiting him I have discovered on the internet his license has been suspended in prior years, he has been investigated for over charging and fraud. He reminds me of a snake oil salesman.

He tried to sell me a $750 pair of shoes, when I declined he scaled down with an offer of a $350 pair of supports, and finally a $50 pair of supports which he assured me Medicare would pay for - not. The $50 supports were of absolutely no use and were cut out of a piece od material after scribing my insoles on the material and then simply cut out with a scissors. I believe this man is capable of causing injury to any individual allowing him to work on them. his charges for one visit totalled $10,000. A second podiatrist charged $829 for essentially the same service.
