This guys is making a movie called Angel Investors(http://www.davinciworldwide.com/) and he reached us to rent our stationwagon looked like on this website.

We got the contract from them and the rental date said between 9/13/2013-10/2/2013.

But they haven't returned us our car at this moment.  

Today is 10/4/2013!!!!

My husband has been texting to the assitant guy, Hugh Bonner to bring our car back and they became rediculous in this past two days. We already have someone who was commited to buy this car on this Sunday but the producer Darrell called my husband and told him to buy the car from us or give him the buyers phone number etc...

They kept saying "We will bring back the car" and now it's been almost 3 days past. 

It was so hard to get hold on any guys for past two days. So tonight, I called Darrell's phone from my husband's cell but no answer. so i called him again from my cell and I finally got reached out to Darrell but his assistant answered the phone and he was unbelievably unproffetional and evern he used f-word towars me.

Meanwhile, the another assistant Hugh started avoiding us. He texted us that he is no longer work for Darrell and he told us to contact Darrell directly, which was rediculous!!!

I didnt understand even single word this assitant said. It was the most rediculous "business" phone call I've ever had in my life.

Middle of this phone call, the assistant switched to Darrell. I kept telling him that "I WANT MY CAR BACK RIGHT NOW!" but again, he kept saying "You will get the car back tomorrow". 

End of the conversation, Darrell said he was driving and he will call me back "tonight". So i asked him "What time?" but he didnt give the specific time. This happend 6:50PM and now it's 10:11PM.

I AM THE OWNER OF THIS CAR AND YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO TELL ME WHEN HE COULD BRING THE CAR BACK!!

THIS GUY CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!

RETURN MY CAR JERK!!!!! YOU ARE A THIEF!!

"We did compensate her for the additional days but it was late."

We never received any additional compensations neither any late fee for the past due from them!!! This is totally lie!!

We only recieved $1000 sharp. Nothing else. 

if you're talking about the"production days" which were made up by Darrell all of sudden after the past due(***See my comment "UPDATE ON 10/5/2013"), we never agreed on the term when we signed on the contract, even more we still dont see any terms stated on the contract.

We simply had a mutual agreement on renting my car for 5 days($1000). 

When you rent a car from any rental companies, then you have to pay the amount of the days that you had the car. 

What kind of rental car compahies will give you the exception if you tell them

"We actaully used three days so we wont pay you for 5days even we had the car for 5days. it doesnt count."??

I don't know who you are "Mark", but this is what I was talking about.

Full of dishonesty.

I just wanted apologies from your company, instead of making up a story neither blaming on others.

Period.

I was the Production Co-ordinator on set and was responsible for scheduling the car to be returned. However, Hugh, who personally rented and picked up the car from the owner, and who filed the other report on this site, was fired due to his attitude. He was suppose to return the car back to her at the end of the week. After he was fired, Hugh was not helpful in returning the car and he lived a long ways from the set. I had to get the Art Department meet Hugh to get the car and to return it to the owner. We did compensate her for the additional days but it was late. Sorry for the mishap!

So the assistant Hugh told us he got laid off all of sudden. That is why he started freaking out to not be involved with us.

He is now struggling from getting paid his hours. He is also the victem of this company.

I feel sorry to everyone who were treated unfairly by Davinci.

10/5/2013 - 10:50 AM we FINALLY could get hold off Darrell and he became more ridiculous.
He jut told me to write down a guy's number and call him to bring the car back. His name is Jonathan(916-995-2933).

I told him they need to pay us for 10/3-10/5 and his excused was they paid us $1000 which was for 9/13-10/2 and they actually used my car for 3days for shooting. The contact was based on the shooting days not the days they hold the car. so He told me we OWE him two days and he does not need to pay anything!!

He said "We dont even pay you a penny" and end of the phone call he called me"F***ING B***H".

He seems he also owns a company called Vetron(http://www.vertron.com/) at the same address in Beverly Hills. What kind of business leader is this?!

So we called Jonathan and he said to my husband they will bring back the car at 3PM today 10/5/2013 and It's 1:08PM.
We will see if they are really bring back the car to us.

DONT DEAL WITH THIS GUY! HE IS DISHONEST AND TREAT YOU LIKE A S**T.
