I believe everything that is said about Dales Contractors, they have taken advantage of our company. If you don't do what they want you to do like accept a job because you haven't gotten paid they will keep your money. Dale's Contractor Inc. is a company that you do not want to work for. They have the reputation in the Real Estate Community of been an honest family business. Our company has dealt with Dale's Contractor for several months and they have not been honest about the bids on the jobs, they have not been honest about the clients that they have contracted with. Their Clients are trusting them to represent them honestly and respectfully with vendors, instead they have given our company the run around.

I am sueing them and anyone that has any information where they have been taken advantage of by Dale's Contractor may contact me personally at (918)955-2500. I am sure they will come behind me and retract what I am saying as if our company did not give them the service they requested, I am telling you now that is not true. They will say we didn't complete the jobs or follow the company guidelines, that would not be true.

Dale's have lied to use repeatedly , Jeannie Miller the Owner/Mom will not take out time to straighten out the mess that her daughter Danelle Gelino/ Office Manager and daughter Caitlin have made. It is easier for them to say, please leave my office I feel threaten, which is on a tactic to not discussing the money they owe you. They will say AW!!it's been mailed out today, they will say the Client's haven't paid them yet. If you have experience any of this please feel free to contact. We all are honest hardworking people and we shouldn't have to accept the excuses they have given us.

I too have been placed in dire financial hardships by accepting of job from Dale's Contractors. Jeannie Miller called me personally to subcontract a job in which I paid for the materials and performed the work. After waiting six weeks, I called them to ask where my check and they told me it was in the mail. Two weeks later I called again and they asked for my address (again) and told me the check would be mailed the following day.

A month later I called and three separate employees kept putting me on hold and were brazenly rude and insulting towards me. After being put on hold for twenty minutes, an employee told me that they never had any record of me or the job I did and I quote: "tough luck." She then hung up the phone on me. This all has happened when Jeannie contacted me first and conned me into performing the job. If I had read all the other victims report online first (they're all over the internet) I would have never even considered it.

I am only writing this to save others the time and money of dealing with such shady and conniving people. Do not subcontract any jobs from them! They will take full advantage of you. My case is costing me considerate extra time and money due to the fact that I've had to take them to court to get paid.

All of the above things are true about Dales. They should be ashamed of themselves with their business practices. They are going down.

I also have had dealing with Dale's. My husband done several jobs and was not paid correctly and in some instances at all. Let me first start out by saying that their "QC" (Quality Control) is done by an ex family member (ex son-in law) Richard Earl Christian who was Married to their daughter Cynthia Denise Miller. They send him out to "find" things that are wrong so you won't be paid.

Also, they HAVE HAD a lawsuit's. If you go to www.OSCN.net  Miller you will clearly see this along with his no seat belt ticket received on the 8th of this month.

Also, if you go online to www.bbb.org they JUST became members: BBB AccreditationA BBB Accredited business since 02/07/2011....after I sent a request to them for information. I assure you they will have several complaints now,,,so everyone just keep checking on that!!

so...do yourself a favor and don't work for these liars and cheats...you will just go broke!!

Dales Contractors is a Property Preservation Company that all the pricing and guidelines are very clear and addressed upon hiring anyone for the services we perform. All of the services we perform must be completed according to our clients guidelines. I am assuming this negative report is from someone that completed work, they fill was not paid to their satisfaction. Dales states on most  work orders, if work is not completed either on time or to the guidelines of the services, you could be charged back or receive penalties. All of this is also reiterated upon hiring a sub-contractor.

Every work order is QC'd by Dales, our clients and their clients. If the work performance fails with either of these, the contractor is given the chance to go back to the property and do the job correctly. If they fail to do so, they are not paid for the work. We  must send another vendor to do the job correctly to keep our clients happy. As far as the lawsuits, Dales Contractors has NEVER NEVER been sued, not even had a lawsuit filed against them. That is absolutely false. As far as not being listed with the Better Business Bureau that is also false. We are, and have never had a complaint with them. We have been in business nine years are a well established company that has a great reputation with our clients.
