WARNING: She uses several web sites to steal your money,promising you results in private equity funding,mortgage loans,private note sales,selling your home or finding you a home to buy. She has no mortgage broker license.

Do not deal with her. Check local court records,she has been sued many times. Was living in a low rent boarding house with 5 others when I worked with her.

 I have lost $10,000 in "application fees" and time to her already and in the two years I dealt with her she provided nothing but drama and excuses for her delays in helping me fund my project. She can not be trusted,drinks and does drugs to excess,into porn,will expose herself on skype to others and associates herself with known felons and underworld types in her area of Pennsylvania. She is an extremely heavy set fat divorced bi-polar woman and loves to eat all the time.

She only signs agreements in an alias (not her real name) of Jill Jones, a name she had once when married long ago. Ask for her ID and she will not provide. She has a police record for drunk driving and other arrests. Always late for appointments,never on time. Do your own research and beware! She claims to be have an high IQ,but can not spell nor use proper English. This is a bad person. I have reported her to the FBI and I am sure they will arrest her soon!
