Steve Roppel - Corrupt Businessman calling himself William

AUTHOR: David - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, August 22, 2016

Steven Roppel or Steve Roppel was a very interesting businessman who sold VandyGear licensed products on our site. Our site brought Mr. Roppel guarantteed sales thru our online marketing efforts to over 800 collegegear bookstores, retailers and licensed retailers accross the country and ONLY charged him a percentage for guarantteed sales of his items. Steven Roppel would often be late and missed payments from the commissions we earned which we let slip by over the years until he flat out stopped servicing customers we brought to him. At that point Steven Ropel was sent an email explaining that he owed us money and that he isn't even servicing the customers we bring to him. There was no copyright infringement or intellecual theft - he owned his images and he could leave our site at anytime but he stayed on our site for so long because our site drove him all of his sales.  There is no vigourous lawsuit and he couldn't even man up and put his own name on this report by calling himself "William".

Here is correpsondence from our customer service rep about Steve/Steven Roppel:

Hello,
This customer has returned their order to Vandygear weeks ago but has not received a refund. I cannot reach this vendor.  Any suggestions on this one?

Thanks
Maxine
