Davinci Virtual Charged my credit card long after termination of the contract and without authorisation Virtual Office Services, Utah

We are a legal research company who used this company for their Sacramento CA area virtual office.  We were going to upgrade our service, when something scary happened, davinci sent one of our client payments to another business, and another business that had nothing to do with davinci or with us!  Luckily this company was honest and searched us out and overnighted our property to us.  Well, when we contact davinci of our dismay, and let them know THEY breached the agreement/terms, and we decided to no longer us them, because we lost trust in their service.  We attempted several times to get refund, because davinci continued to bill us after this happened, and after we cancelled.  Finally we did a due diligence on davinci and found as of today they are terminated for their home corp state of UT, and have a corp credit rating of 24, which is BAD!  Had we have known this, man I tell you we would never ever have used their service.  They can come back and attempt to rebut but proof is in the records!  We are in the process of obtaining a full refund, because they Davinci, presented theirself as something different, and after a little bit of research we found different, and would never again use a service as theirs, nor do business with a company with their reputation.

Final analysis, Davinci Virtual when they breach their agreement are slow to refund un authorized monies, which legally they obtained illegally, and two their credit score shows they have a problem with their company, we do not, nor would ever trust a company such as theirs! Do not trust this company at all!

To Whom It May Concern:

Our terms or service that the client agreed to prior to signing up do state the all services used will be billed at anytime to the credit card on file. We received no notice of an updated card for these past due charges so we had to bill the current card on file. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused for the client, but if they have any further questions they are more than welcome to contact me.
