Defy Medical Defie Jasen Bruce Rand McClain Jeremy Bruce Fabian Cruz Sharon Diamond Nicole Bruce Scam, running a completely illegal operation. Tampa, Florida

I was previously contacted by a representative of this company stating that they were granted permission by the Federal Government to contact the former patients of another clinic similar to theirs that was shut down due to illegal operations. This caused me great suspicion and prompted me to further investigate. I contacted the Florida Department of Health first where they stated that no such permission was granted. This raised my eyebrows even more, well then how did they get all of our information then?

Upon further investigation, google works wonders I find that the owner/general manager is Jasen Bruce was previously employed by the pharmacy that the illegal clinic that was shut down in South Florida was using. I also found that his employment there ended less than 2 months before I was contacted. Were these files acquired illegally? That is tough to prove, but the Federal Government had no clue that they had these files, and since they would be the only organization authorized to grant such permission I have no other conclusion except that they were stolen. 

As far as credibility of the owner Jasen Bruce, upon my google searches for him besides his B.S. Military service, I found several forums devoted strictly to this man. He has been arrested twice for violent crimes. One making national news headlines and being charged with a hate crime. Although charges were dropped, it prompted others to come about about this guy. He was arrested 2 years previous for beating up a tow truck driver when his car was being repossessed. I found several people in forums making reference to him being in homosexual porn although he is married, but nude photos of him prove these postings. Then it gets better, several people state that this guy has illegally distributed anabolic steroids for years throughout the state of Florida. Jus simply typing in Jasen Bruce in a google search bar will show these accusations are not that. They a re truth, just keep your children away from the computer when you do this because some nasty pictures will pop up. 

Is Jasen the only person involved with this clinic that has been involved in illegal business operations previously. Unfortunately not, one of there partners is a Roger Morgan who is a convicted felon, has been arrested 0n grand larceny, 24 counts of writing bad checks, safe cracking, and breaking and entering. Need I say more? Although upon recent research shows he might not be a partner anymore, but keep an eye on your credit card statements. 

It looks like this may be a family operation as I found many people with the last name Bruce employed there. I did not find anything on any of the other except for Jerry who has an arrest for a DWI 8 years ago an for Nicole which might be Jason's sister. She is listed as there nutritionist but has no formal education and no license in the state of Florida to be "prescribing" diets as I call it. 

Dr. McClain has nothing negative listed although he has been affiliated with Hormone clinics that have been shut down in the past. He has never been charged, or one of the Doctors who have been under any sort of formal investigation. The only thing I can say is some of my associates who decided to switch their care to Defy, have never been seen face to face by the Dr. In the state of Florida it is illegal to do this type of therapy without ever having a face to face with the doctor. 

I say these things to protect you as the consumer, you are dealing with something as sensitive as your health. There prices are great, the pharmacy they use is great. The people dealing with your day to day care are not unfortunately. It is only a matter of time before this clinic is shut down by the Feds, so I strongly recommend running some further searches and using a clinic that is a little more respected and not run by such shady people.
