I am a bill collector who normally works with these companies to try and find a solution for both the client and the consumer...My conversation with this company started by a guy calling to be a rep of said company. The man 1st called in asking a bunch of questions about the consumer..When i advised him that we need power of atty before disclosing any information the man stated that he has the wrong info and hung up...He then 20 minutes later called and started making threats and swearing and cussing ( I have been doing this for years and have NEVER heard a company swear at me or any employees) My advice is if anyone intends to deal with this company they should 1st contact either the FTC or the BBB to make sure they are legit..It sounded like a very shady business.. I asked several times to speak with a manager and the man had every excuse in the world as to why I could not speak to one..and then threatening what would happen if I did...I personally on behalf of me will be following up with the FTC and BBB

This posting does not cover the entirety of events during the call. The conversation in question was reviewed and although it was heated, it was by no means one-sided. As all creditors and consolidation companies know, reaching a settlement on an account can quickly become very emotional. However, we all have the same goal in mind, which is to serve the customer. Our policy is not to post any conversation held with a creditor, but upon review of the call it is clear a deal was reached and the account in question was settled. Although this specific case had a more difficult negotiation process than normal, the end result benefitted both parties negotiating the deal. Assisting the client has and will always be our ultimate goal.
