Doppler Internet will sell you website that is a %100 templated site.  They have even copied websites they have already created for like industries.  They forget to change out the content though.  Really brilliant. They charge $35 for a domain name, then they charge $20 a month for basic hosting with zero support.  They will make unauthorized charges on your credit card, charging for bogus work not done.  

They will even charge the card weeks in advance as they run into a cash crunch.  DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!  They are a sweat shop based out of the Philippines even though they say they are based out of the Chicago Area/Indiana.  They have a bogus physical mailing address and have zero ties to the us.  They outsource all their work to Filipinos or to India, and are just out for the quick buck.....no wonder they have no contracts.  Who would stay with them for more than one month?
