Let me first begin by saying that I'm less than impressed with the checks and balances (lack thereof) that are in place on this site towards insuring that complaints have some basis in truth. It appears that any one can just write whatever it is they want and no one validates that the information is factual. At the very least, this site should attempt to contact the party for whom the complaint is being registered against, so that they have the opportunity to set the record straight.
As to this specific report and claim that our office communicates one fee and then charges something different, it is completely false. Our office upholds and maintains the highest degree of ethics and profesionialism and, our patients are always treated with respect!!
Should an issue arise, the patient need only bring it to my attention (Practice Administrator), and I will promptly attend to the issue at hand, working to resolve the matter to the patients satisfaction.
I am unable to address the specifics of this report since the patient who wrote it, failed to communicate directly with me in an effort to resolve their complaint. Should this person choose to contact me, I'd be more than happy to look into their issue.
