Customer is Crazy and Trying to Extort us.

My wife Jenn and I, Matt Soria, own and operate Dream Walker Ranch llc (DWR). Our web site address is www.dreamwalkerhorses.com Feel free to visit and verify the quality, and quantity of our horses' videos in validation if our honesty and forthrightness of the performance of our horses.
This posting is in rebuttal to allegations made by Donna (St. Louis, Mo) who posted the adjacent complaint on RipOff Report. She claims that we are less than honest in our dealings in how we operate our business:
I am a 15 yr Air Force officer who has seen combat more than once. I have never wavered in my integrity and I do not take it lightly when someone accuses me of fraudulent behavior. I have too much self respect will not risk damaging my name or family business for any reason. It certainly will not happen over the petty conditions which she has claimed.
We have nothing to hide. If you visit our website you will see that we provide more pictures and video than nearly any other horse sale operation you can find. Our videos are not 15 second long attempts to show the only best performance which others often capture. Our videos are far longer and enlightening, often 3-4 minutes in length. Additionally we often take special video at the buyer's request if there are specific needs.
Donna contacted us and clearly stated she wanted to purchase a horse we had called Marshal. She asked to put $599 down and would pay the remainder of the sales cost two days later. She was sent an email confirming our discussion that the deposit was non-refundable but would hold the horse for 7 days. She was also sent a copy of our standard bill of sale and asked to sign, and fax it back to us. She committed to purchasing the horse verbally but never sent the remaining funds. She never signed a bill of sale nor sent a different offer to us. After she committed verbally to our price offer, she then began to make unfair requests which I will address, they are not within normal industry standards and unfair. The horse was held off of the market for the full timeline. The horse was still available for her to purchase for another full week beyond the agreed timeline. The customer is upset because she agreed to terms with us and after not being able to generate the balance to purchase the horse, she is not trying to extort us. She received the full service which she paid for.
