Dwight and Dons Auto Care charged for a part that wasnt used, labor required to install a non-existent replacement part, expensive versions of a substandard part, inflated the amount for labor, and raised the final bill from the verbal quote. They have no ethics, no morals or principles. They were not at all cordial or professional. This is a pattern and I know that they have done other people the same.
So, my car was taken to Ace Auto & Tire Center and, I had my car diagnosed and their findings was a wire set, ignition coil the same parts Dwight and Don's claimed to have repaired.
They have been reported to Attorney General, AirCheck Texas, Consumer Sentinel, Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, Department of Public Safety, Yelp, My 3 Cents, MyFOXdfw, and RipOff.
Would love to bring media into this because I do have over whelming evidence that has raised alot of eye brows in this bad economy.

I don't put all my eggs in one basket. I have more than enough evidence to prove you wrong. Again, why is it that I made the complaint but you are the one supposable receiving all the information and the outcome. Are you paying somebody? I've requested from you 3 times for the information you publicly announce that was available for anyone to see. I have you yet to receive anything from Dwight and Don's Auto Care.
The dishonest gain that you make from people is on your back.
I would like to offer you to go on Court TV and let them be the judge and in the event you win I will apologize.
It cost money to take this case to trial and by all means I'm doing everything in my power to get a trial by jury.
Just finish getting legal advice about this case and I'm ready to move forward with all of my evidence.

Bureau Judged Case AJR
The customer provides no proof that the company diagnosed and charged for the work that was performed by the second company. The company was not afforded the opportunity to re-diagnose the vehicle. The complaint is being closed as Administratively
Judged Resolved (AJR).
Letter from BBB Case closed 10-18-12
If the BBB and the Texas Dept. of Public Safety see all the facts and they say there is no wrong doing then we should stop this slander and lies.

First, if I filed the complaint why is it that you get the results? I have yet to be notified by Texas Department of Public Safety. I really would like to see the report so why don't you upload it so the consumers can see.
Automobile related complaints in Texas apparently do not top the consumers concerns and if what you stated is true I see why.
Surely, some one with some ethics, morals and principles will read this and bring it to justice and it would launch an investigation. I will guarantee you former customers will come forward then.
Your intentional defrauding of the public may go unnoticed for now but, justice will prevail.

Texas Department of Public Safety reviewed these false accusations. There investigator states as follows. "It appears to me that Dwight & Don's Auto Care followed proper procedures with the intent to complete the repairs to Mrs. Gibson satisfaction but didn't get the vehicle back.
Mrs. Gibson has yet to pay 1 penny to Dwight and Don's. This issue should be closed, to see the complete report from the Texas Department of Public Safety. Contact us we are happy to forward it to you. Thanks Don
